Library Renovation Project Update

The Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System continues to make progress on the Library Building Program and has begun Phase II of the plan and the renovation of 23 library branches, as well as, the system's downtown Atlanta Headquarters, Central Library. The renovation project is expected to take place through mid-late 2020.

Below is a list of each of the libraries being renovated, broken down into groups. The groups were created to streamline the process and in no way indicate an order of how the libraries will be renovated. The groups below may run concurrently, once construction begins, depending on the needs of the library system and the communities each library serves.
